Nupetco was billed and paid taxes accordingly, and notified the county of the apparent error. The Board of Equalization, on
its own initiative, adjusted the assessment, imposed additional tax, and notified Nupetco. PROCEEDINGS. - Nupetco sought reconsideration and appealed to the State Tax Commission, which reversed the Board. The County
sought judicial review.
